Having a grand opening, ground-breaking or expansion? If so, let the Chamber assist you with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and gain exposure for your business.

Chamber will provide the following for your Ribbon Cutting Event:
• Coordinate the date and time with the host*.
• Notify/invite Board of Directors & Staff, Chamber Members & elected officials.
• Post the Ribbon Cutting event notice on the Chamber website.
• Take photos of the event and print in the chamber’s monthly newsletter & post on the chamber
website.
• Provide ceremonial scissors and ribbon.

The Host's Responsibility:
• Submit press release to media outlets
• Provide a sign or banner with the company name
• Invite other non-member guests/ VIPs
• Provide a tour of their facility (optional)
• Light refreshments (optional)

* Ribbon Cuttings will not be held on weekends. Must be scheduled in advance, subject to chamber’s schedule.
